History of Math
Shri Venkataraman Temple of Gangolli is one of the five Mallyar Mathas and that is why it is also called as Mallyar Math. Acharya Family of Senapur handed over the entire Math Vastu along with all the assets to Shri Dwarakanath Teertha Swameeji on 16.03.1945 after becoming the Peethadhipathi of Shri Samsthan Gokarna Partagali Jeevottam Math. Thereafter the administration of the temple was going on smoothly. It also went on smoothly during the administration of Shri Vidyadhiraj Teertha Swameeji. Tri Centenary Celebrations of this Temple was performed with splendour and gaiety under the guidance of Shri Dwarakanath Teertha and Shri Vidyadhiraj Teerth Swamijis on 02.03.1969.
