कर्मसिद्धान्तसन्यासपद्धत्यादिकृतं गुरुम् ।

Sri Purushottama teertha was intitiated by Sri Jeevottama teertha at Bhatkal. After Guru attained Haripada Sri Purushottama teertha became Peethadhipati in Bhadrapada month, Srisaka 1510.
