Pressure often disperses itself unevenly across a team and in the Yankees’ case, that pressure is falling on the shoulders of Yankees slugger Aaron Judge, who is struggling to replicate his extraordinary performances in the regular season online casinos that accept visa.

Much has been made of the similarities between the performance of the Dodgers in this year’s National League Championship Series and in the 1965 World Series. As the Dodgers head to their fourth World Series in eight years, holding up their accomplishment to that of their brethren 59 years ago provides both a contrast and a comparison.
That earned them a spot in the best-of-five NL Championship Series, where the Dodgers erased a two-games-to-one deficit by winning twice in frigid Montreal, including a 2-1 Game 5 thriller in which Rick Monday hit a game-winning two-out homer in the ninth inning of what Expos fans still refer to as “Blue Monday.”
Don Larsen was a mediocre pitcher at best, going 81-91 with a 3.78 earned-run average in 14 seasons, and he was so bad in his first World Series start in 1956 that he was pulled in the second inning after giving up four runs in a 13-8 Game 2 loss to the Brooklyn Dodgers.

Nine innings wasn’t enough to settle it, so the Dodgers and Yankees will head ot extra innings. Luke Weaver got the final five outs, with some help from Alex Verdugo for the final one in the bottom of the ninth.
The Yankees then loaded the bases. Chisholm singled off Anthony Banda and stole second. After Rizzo struck out, Volpe was intentionally walked. Austin Wells reached on an infield single that Edman smothered with a dive to save a run before Verdugo struck out swinging against his former team.
Game 2 world series
The right-hander was one of the Dodgers’ top relievers this season, and he did not give up a run in 6 2/3 innings over five National League Division Series and Championship Series games, but a shoulder injury rendered him unfit for the World Series against the New York Yankees, and he was left off the roster.
New York staged a comeback attempt in the top of the ninth inning. With Soto on second, Giancarlo Stanton singled to drive him in and cut the deficit to two runs. Jazz Chisholm then singled to right to have runners on first and second with one out. Los Angeles reliever Blake Treinen followed by hitting Anthony Rizzo to load the bases for Anthony Volpe, but Volpe struck out. Alex Vesia replaced Treinen and got Jose Trevino to fly out to centerfield.
Some might view this as Flaherty making an “excuse” to allowing a homer to Stanton, but that doesn’t really matter. The Dodgers are light on starting pitching options, and it seems very likely they’ll need the right-hander to make at least one more start.
Other than a Juan Soto solo homer in the third inning, Yamamoto was brilliant in Game 2, holding New York to one hit (Soto’s home run) and two walks in 6 1/3 innings. He struck out four and retired the final 11 batters he faced after the Soto homer. Yamamoto threw 86 pitches, his most since returning from a shoulder injury on Sept. 10.
“It’s really tough,” Phillips said. “I mean, this is a historic week in Dodgers history, and I want nothing more than to compete and be a part of this. … I’m very disheartened by how things have gone for me personally.”
