The illustrious 23rd Mathadipati Parampujya HH Shreemad Vidyadhiraj Teerth Shripad Vader Swamiji was well known for his foresight and taking up initiatives for betterment of the Samaj. Over the 50 years of his reign many important institutions that benefited the Samaj immensely have been created.
The garden city of Bangalore is the Silicon Valley of India and is booming with unprecedented growth in Information Technology from the past three decades creating lucrative employment opportunities for the skilled workforce. This is also one of the sectors that has a high percentage of women in the workforce. This holds true for women from our Samaj as well. A large population of the women from our Samaj are into various sectors.
With the vision of providing comfort living for the women in a secure and conducive environment Parampujya Swamiji decided to build “Swami Vidyadhiraj Vasati Nilaya” (a hostel block with modern amenities and state-of-the-art infrastructure) to cater to their needs.
The foundation stone of the structure was laid by Parampujya HH Shreemad Vidyadhiraj Teerth Shripad Vader Swamiji on 24th May 2018.It was inaugurated by our current Mathadipati Parampujya HH Shreemad Vidyadheesh Teerth Swamiji on 10th December,2021
